Acceptance
By using Humnashee, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.
The service
Humnashee provides entertainment through conversations with fictional digital characters generated by artificial intelligence. Characters are not real people, and conversation output may be inaccurate; do not rely on it for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempts to generate illegal content, content involving minors, or content that harms others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Purchases
Paid chat time and call time are sold through Google Play Billing and are governed by Google Play's terms in addition to these.
Intellectual property
The Humnashee app, website, characters, names, images, and content are owned by Humnashee Labs and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Humnashee Labs is not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
